Legal content marketing: how to get started within the Bar’s rules

Teaching is the most ethical — and most effective — way to be remembered.

Today's clients research before hiring. They search Google, watch videos and read articles to understand their own problem. The lawyer who answers those questions is remembered when the time comes to seek professional help.

Why content works

  • It demonstrates knowledge without self-promotion;
  • It attracts people who already have the problem you solve;
  • It builds authority over time;
  • It is aligned with the informative character required by the Bar.

Choose the right topics

List the questions clients ask most often during consultations. Every frequent question is a potential article:

  • "How long does a labor lawsuit take?"
  • "My name was wrongly added to a debtors' list — what should I do?"
  • "How does an out-of-court probate work?"

Build a realistic calendar

One article every two weeks for a year beats ten articles in one week and then nothing. Consistency beats volume.

Ethical precautions

  1. Informative content, with no promise of results;
  2. No mention of fee amounts as an enticement;
  3. No exposure of client cases;
  4. No sensationalism or commercial language.

Reuse every piece of content several times

One article can become an Instagram carousel, a short video, a LinkedIn post and a ready-made answer for client service.

How IntegraLegal solves this

Content brings the contact; IntegraLegal handles what comes next. The WhatsApp bot answers and qualifies whoever reaches out, every contact becomes a lead in the CRM Hub with its source recorded, and the funnel shows which content actually generates consultations.
