Google Business Profile for lawyers: show up for people who are searching

Address, hours, reviews and clear information at the moment of the search.

Many searches for legal services have local intent: the person wants a lawyer in their own city. In these cases, Google shows a map with firm profiles — and whoever isn't there simply doesn't appear.

What to set up

  1. The firm's name, the same as on the sign and in documents;
  2. The correct category (for example, "Lawyer" or "Law firm");
  3. Address and service area;
  4. Up-to-date opening hours, including holidays;
  5. Phone, WhatsApp and website;
  6. An objective description of your practice areas;
  7. Photos of the façade, reception and team.

Reviews, ethically

Reviews help people decide. Respond to all of them politely and without revealing any information about the client's case — not even to defend yourself from criticism. Confidentiality always comes first.

Informative posts

The profile allows short posts. Use them for educational content, schedule notices and events, keeping the sober tone required by advertising rules.

Be ready for the contact

The profile generates calls and messages. If nobody answers, the time invested is wasted. Define who answers, how quickly and how the contact is recorded.

How IntegraLegal solves this

When the contact comes through WhatsApp, IntegraLegal's bot answers immediately, collects the case information and books the consultation. The contact enters the CRM Hub with its source recorded, and you know exactly how many clients your Google profile brings in.
